There are two possibilities if you know that you have entered your initial information correctly. E-mail support@coppercreekcanyon.com if you continue to have problems.
EMAIL VALIDATION: After signing up for a membership on our web site, you should receive an email from us with " [Copper Creek Canyon] Please Verify Your Account" in the subject line. Within the text of the email you will be asked to click on a link to activate your new account. Once you have clicked on the link, you should be able to login to the website and begin shopping.
USERNAME/PASSWORD INCORRECT: The username and/or password you are trying to log in with does not match the username and/or password you initially entered when signing up for a membership. You can request this information by clicking on the "I Forgot My Password" link directly below the Membership Login section. Copper Creek Canyon will send the information to your registered email.
