Copper Creek Canyon Shipping and Handling Charges

General Shipping And Furniture Delivery

We generally ship small items UPS and USPS within the Continental USA. Normally allow 7-10 days for delivery.

Due to different sizes of furniture vs accessories all orders will be individiually quoted for shipping or delivery. Please call ahead if you would like a shipping quote before purchasing. A Copper Creek Canyon representative will contact you before charging your credit card to verify shipping charges and delivery method.

Return Policy

We truly want you to be satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are unhappy with you purchase, please phone us within seven days of receipt and we will gladly discuss the issue, and work out the refund and return shipping arrangements, by supplying you with a return authorization number. Include this number and the packing slip or original receipt that you received with your shipment. Indicate the reason for the return. Please send the package securely wrapped, prepaid and insured to the address below. Items returned will be promptly refunded or exchanged. Please do not send a package C.O.D., as we do not accept the product returns shipped C.O.D. Personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Lifetime Warranty

Some of our products are so impeccable that we put a Lifetime warranty onto them to prove our pride in its quality. These items state “Lifetime Warranty” in their product description. In General, we will repair or replace any of these items with defects in material or craftsmanship.

Customer Service

Because we are a small, locally owned company, we want to warn you in advance that we are not open 24 hours a day. Through out most of the year, our stores are open from 10am to 6pm, Monday through Saturday, which is when we are most available to answer any of your questions. However, we do have a 24 hour voicemail system that is excellent at taking messages, which we always return. Also, if those hours are just too hard for you to connect with us within, let us know when it would be a good time to return your call and we’ll phone you at that time.
